Dear Respected Backflow Tester,

In response to tester inquiries, we will be holding two (2) no cost TrackMyBackflow.com training classes in conjunction with the Indiana Irrigation Contractors Council (IICC) and the Indiana Professional Lawn & Landscape Association (IPLLA).  These classes will be held at the Hendricks County 4H Fairgrounds located at 1900 East Main Street in Danville, IN 46122 on February 19, 2019. Classes are at 10:30am and 1:00pm and are expected to last from 45 to 90 minutes each. Again, there is no cost.

Interested??? An immediate response from you is requested and would be greatly appreciated!

Who will benefit?

  • Backflow testers that may need online access to customer’s backflow data or to enter tests
  • Administrative staff who oversee scheduling
  • Those who want to check their customers to see that all backflow preventers have been tested
  • Testers or staff that might want to look for customers that “fell through the cracks.”
  • Data entry clerks
  • Supervisory staff

 Classes will include, but would not be limited to the following:

  • Registering you or your firm with Aqua Backflow’s TrackMyBackflow.com program
  • Uploading and/or forwarding your current certifications, licensing, and test kit calibrations
  • Obtaining a user name and password in order to access your customers and to enter backflow tests
  • Methods to locate specific sites and/or backflow preventers in the program
  • How to add new backflow preventers into the program
  • How to use our program to assist you in marketing to your existing customers
  • Discussing any associated data entry fees
  • The shopping cart and payment methods available
  • Printing and saving test reports and/or payment receipts
  • …and much, much more!
